Emily wasn't surprised when John proposed – it’s just the next step in their three year relationship. Flowers are picked, bands are booked, plans are made. As the big day suddenly looms closer, their secure connection is put under strain. Fruitcake, family and a very expensive hog roast seem to be the only things keeping them together.

It’s going to be the happiest day of their lives. Isn’t it?

A whimsical exploration of marriage, tradition, family and fear, Bound navigates the ancestral power that weddings hold and asks how a relationship can survive when confronted with its most intimate flaws.
